Legal Notice
A temporary and conditional legal waiver is in effect from 9 October 2026 to 23 October 2026. Under the terms of the waiver, Sir Keir Starmer is able to issue legal proceedings for Defamation in the High Court of Justice within that "window", and serve all documents during the afternoon of 30 October 2026. The waiver applies if - and only if - Sir Keir truly believes that he has been defamed by the publisher. The waiver is conditional and personal; it does not constitute an admission of any kind. Previously declared personal pecuniary interests apply. The public interest takes priority. Any Claim will be defended robustly and defeated. Keir Starmer has been discouraged from acting at law as it could involve him acting illegally. He is "a fraudster".
